As a courtesy, our office will confirm your appointments by telephone. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If we are not notified of a change of plans, it affects our schedule greatly and we may need to regrettably charge your account.
Also, our office will be happy to assist you in filing your Dental Insurance and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. It is important that you know we do this as a courtesy and it is your ultimate responsibility to know the benefit schedule with your particular carrier. Any time we estimate percentages of coverage, it is only an estimation based on the information provided by your Insurance Company and the patient is ultimately responsible for any incurred charges.
